Pricing

Pricing is determined by the services you need and is unique to your wedding. I realize everyone is working on a tight budget these days and it is so helpful when beginning your planning process to see some numbers. I charge $70 per hour and require a 20% deposit. Each package is tailored to your needs so there is no waste and you're getting the most for your money. However, to get you started...

The Basic Package - approximately 10 - 14 hours

Services provided:
  • 3 meetings
    •  Meeting 1 (free) - a get-to-know-you, see if we would work well together kind of meeting. I'll ask you all about your vision and your plans and assess your needs. If we hit it off and you want to hire me, at this point I will draft a contract and a working price that we will tweak at our second meeting. (at least 3 months before your wedding date)
    • Meeting 2 - follow up on our conversation at Meeting 1. Topics include trouble-shooting, strategy, time line of DIY projects, finalizing the details, creating a day-of time-line, etc. I also collect copies of all your vendor contracts at this time. (at least 1 month out)
    • Meeting 3 - the walk-through at your venue. We refine the day-of timeline, and go over my day-of responsibilities and work out the logistics involved. (generally the week before your big day)
  • Unlimited Emails
  • Calls when needed
  • Transportation of wedding stuff to the venue (decorations, favors, programs, clothes, etc.)
  • Day-of set up and tear down of venue- this is the bulk of what I do (maximum 10 hours)
  • Checking in with all vendors and helping them navigate your venue (both the week prior by phone and the day-of in person, if needed)
  • Hand out checks and tips to vendors - this includes a form that each vendor signs stating they received payment
  • Direct the reception - this usually involved communicating with you and your DJ/band for your entrance, toasts, blessings, dinner, cake-cutting, first dance, father-daughter/mother-son dance, bouquet toss, garter toss, last dance, and exit
  • Ensure the reception site is cleaned-up to the specifications of your venue contract, including preparing rentals for pick-up
  • Gather and transport any items that need to be returned to you or your vendors
  • Return your belongings to you after the wedding (either the following day or upon your return from your honeymoon)
Additional services can include:
  • Direct the rehearsal (some couples do not have a rehearsal depending on the size of the wedding party and the particulars of the ceremony)
  • Coordinate the rehearsal dinner
  • If the ceremony and reception are at different venues, set up and tear-down of the ceremony site (arrange guest book, programs, pew markers, etc. This often requires me to bring on an assistant to help with the transition)
  • Help the wedding party get ready and navigate the ceremony venue (set up bride and groom's rooms, assisting with delivery of bouquets and pinning of boutonnieres and/or corsages, etc.)
  • Direct the processional
  • Help the photographer set up shots of bridal party and family
  • Cue musicians
  • Transfer the marriage license to the officiant
  • Budget planning
  • Additional meetings for planning down to the smallest detail
  • Attend vendor meetings
  • Assist with wedding DIY crafts
